Inclusive Care Specialist
Basic Responsibilities
- Provide quality, client-specific, childcare for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 
- Identify and address problematic behaviors in accordance with Positive Behavior Support Techniques 
- Help children learn and grow through interactive play and appropriate behavior modeling 
- Ensure effective communication between all support and family members - Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in early childhood education, psychology, nursing, counseling or related field, plus one year of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders; 
- or the equivalent of two years of college coursework with a concentration in early childhood education, psychology, nursing, counseling or related field, plus four years of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders. 
- Familiar with the approaches to intervention based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. 
- Demonstrate good judgement, decision making, and communication skills. 
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. 
- Valid CPR certification. 
- Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver’s license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration. 
- Must be loving, dependable and able to multitask. 
- Must be able to ensure effective communication with parents and family members. 
- Must be able to work flexible hours. 
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
